Single Estate | Natural Process Coffee

Experience coffee the way it was originally crafted, with our Single Estate Natural Process coffee. This traditional method dates back to times when machinery and clean water access were limited, showcasing the artistry of coffee production. The Process After handpicking, cherries are floated in water to separate any defective fruits. Each cherry is then meticulously inspected, ensuring only the best are chosen. The selected cherries are laid out on raised beds or patios, allowing air to flow evenly around them for uniform drying. This delicate drying process takes 3 to 6 weeks, with cherries turned and raked multiple times daily to avoid bruising and maintain consistent flavor development. Once fully dried, the cherries are hulled to remove the seeds from the fruit, followed by a final dry milling step to prepare the beans for roasting. Flavor Profile Natural process coffee offers a bold, full-bodied experience with vibrant fruity notes and natural sweetness, courtesy of the sugars infused during the extended drying process. Each cup delivers a unique flavor profile, making every sip a delightful surprise for adventurous coffee lovers. Why Try Natural Process Coffee?
