How do I brew this tea? Brew with fresh water heated to 195° F (90° C) and steep for 3-5 minutes. Can you infuse this tea multiple times? Yes, it can be infused up to 3 times.  How many cups of tea can be made from the canister? Depending on how strong you like your tea and how much you use, the canister can make around 30-40 cups. If you use the multi-infusion technique, you can make many more. How do you recommend serving this tea? Given its delicate nature, we recommend serving it on its own, so you can enjoy the natural sweetness of the tea. How should I store my tea?
