Silver Moon White Tea: Yin Zhen Silver Needle

Our Silver Moon White Tea is made from the finest Organic Silver Needles which are the rarest & most prized white tea buds in the world. Delicately harvested by hand, each tender tea shoot is carefully dried and tastes of spring rain. Yin Zhen Silver Needle White Tea, often regarded as the pinnacle of white teas, is a rare and highly prized variety originating from the Fujian province in China. Made exclusively from the youngest tea buds, which are covered in fine, silvery hairs, Yin Zhen is harvested during early spring when the buds are at their most tender and flavorful. The meticulous hand-picking process and minimal oxidation involved in its production preserve the tea’s delicate character, resulting in a light, subtle flavor profile with notes of sweet hay, fresh melon, and a gentle floral aroma. The tea’s pale, golden liquor offers a smooth and refreshing mouthfeel, making it a favorite among connoisseurs.   Ingredients: Organic Silver Needle White Tea
