silver long candles

Unwrapping presents, cake, blowing out candles...some things never lose their appeal, no matter how many birthdays pass you by. So why not add a little extra touch of luxury to your birthday or holiday party with this set of sixteen elegant silver candles?  Made by Meri Meri, a U.S.-based company that designs everything fun for life’s celebrations – partyware, seasonal decorations, heirloom-quality children’s gifts, and dreamy dress-up. Their products are inspired by the imagination of childhood and rooted in sophisticated design. Establishing her brand in 1985, Meri Meri founder Meredithe Stuart-Smith worked with 70 San Francisco-based mothers who crafted cards from home, collecting supplies from her basement, and working around their family commitments. “I started this because I wanted to pick my kids up from school,” says Meredithe.
