Macadamia's fatty acid profile has the perfect balance to support your skin barrier, essential for healthy, youthful skin. Most notably, macadamia is uniquely high in palmitoleic acid, a powerful antioxidant usually found in fish oil, that our skin looses as we age. Why kukui nut oil? The state tree of Hawai'i, kukui nut oil has been used for centuries by Hawaiians to nourish and protect their skin. Kukui contains vitamins A, C, and E, is anti-inflammatory and has a similar lipid composition to our skin making it easy to absorb.
