Silent Pound Bloom

Bloom Small frame. Big sound. The Absolute Sound Standmount Speaker of the Year 2026 HIFI PIG Editor's Choice 2025 ABX Audiophile Best in Show 2026 Stereophile Cover Feature — August 2026 Bloom on the cover of Stereophile A room-friendly loudspeaker that “unfurls sonic flowers.” Why it sounds different Bloom applies Silent Pound directivity control in a compact stand-mount format. 1 Compact constant directivity Stable imaging from a smaller frame. Bloom uses Silent Pound constant directivity control, helping reduce early side reflections and keeping the soundstage focused in smaller rooms. 2 Directional bass (dipole) Cleaner low end with easier placement. Two 300 mm woofers work in dipole configuration, sending less low-frequency energy sideways and reducing room interaction. 3 Patent-pending midrange control More focus through voices and instruments. The mid-frequency enclosure is designed to control radiation through the critical band, improving clarity and image stability. In Real Rooms "The Bloom is manifestly the best overall loudspeaker under $20,000 I've heard under familiar conditions." Andrew Quint — The Absolute Sound "They throw a wonderful soundstage that envelops the listener in a bubble of sound." Stuart Smith — HiFi Pig Steel body CNC-formed steel 8 mm steel base Powder-coat finish Bloom's frame is CNC-formed for precise geometry and consistent fit. A bonded wood inlay inside the stand helps damp vibration. The 8 mm steel base adds stability and keeps the structure quiet, so you hear more of the drivers — and less of the cabinet. Patent-pending midrange enclosure The midrange enclosure is designed to control the most critical band for voices and instruments. It shapes how energy leaves the speaker and reduces room-driven smear, improving focus, clarity, and soundstage stability in real rooms. Audio-grade crossover under glass Bloom uses audio-grade crossover components for clean, accurate band hand-off. The network is mounted under a protective glass panel — sealed, durable, and intentionally visible as part of the design. Pro-grade drivers Bloom uses pro-grade drive units with strong motors and high thermal stability for clean output at higher levels. The midrange suspension uses an impregnated fabric material for durability and fast, controlled movement. Measured performance Product performance snapshot. Acoustic output and electrical load.
