A rich, juniper-driven spirit with floral layers of lavender and chamomile. Enjoy a tasty treat to go with your favorite meal when you sample a drink of Silent Pool Gin. The product comes in a 750ml bottle with colorful decorations all around. It has a fresh, floral appeal all around with the help of such scents such as chamomile and citrus. A taste of honey when consumed means this gin smells good from the start and tastes appealing from the glass. Our signature gin, with 24 botanicals carefully chosen for their uniqueness. All the botanicals work together in unison to afford a romantic, complex flavour. Fresh floral and clarifying citrus notes are grounded by earthy and spicy cassia bark and cubeb. The smooth finish is achieved with the help of local honey. Refreshingly individual, intricately realized gin in 43% ABV. Recommended serve is with a generous handful of ice, a dash of tonic, and a twist of orange peel to garnish. TASTING NOTES Nose The fragrance is a bouquet of floral wonder with notes of lavender and leafy roses followed by a light pine and spice. Taste The flavor profile builds on the aroma, adding gorgeous elderflower, citrus zest, orange blossoms, chamomile tea, autumn cobblers, and a splash of spice. Finish The finish is long for a Gin and very fresh.
