Sleep Apnea Appliance Replacement Connectors Keep your sleep appliance working at its best with genuine replacement connectors. Available Sizes Variety Pack 21mm 22mm 23mm 24mm 25mm 26mm How Do I Find My Connector Size? Simply remove one of your current connectors and take a close-up photo of both sides. Zoom in on the center of the connector to locate the size number, printed in small text. All sizes begin with the number "2" (21, 22, 23, 24, 25, or 26). When Should I Replace My Connectors? For optimal performance, we recommend replacing your connectors every 2–3 months, or sooner if they show signs of wear. Fresh connectors help maintain proper jaw positioning and support an open, free-flowing airway throughout the night. Important Installation Information Always replace connectors in pairs (left and right sides at the same time). The small nipple end of the connector attaches to the upper tray button. Proper installation helps ensure maximum comfort and effectiveness. Understanding Connector Sizes The connector size determines how far forward your lower jaw is positioned during sleep. 21mm – Maximum advancement of the lower jaw and greatest airway opening. 22mm–24mm – Moderate advancement options. 25mm – Standard size included with most new appliances. 26mm – Least amount of jaw advancement. If you're unsure which size is right for you, many customers find the Variety Pack helpful for testing different connector lengths and finding their most comfortable fit.
