Signed LEVOLITE hammered cast iron chandelier

Signed LEVOLITE hammered cast iron chandelier This signed LEVOLITE hammered cast iron chandelier was originally candle powered. The design hails from the late 1800s. It has five lights and five dog-eared bobeches. The cast iron fixture is black. The cast iron canopy is a vintage replacement and has some traces of gold wash on it. We carefully converted this to electric so it could be used safely in today’s world. A wall switch is required to turn the fixture on and off. This fixture would be perfect in an entranceway, over an island, in a dining room, bedroom, hallway, library, staircase, etc. It measures 23″ long by 18″ in diameter. Each chain link is 1 3/4″ long, so the fixture could be shortened a little bit without changing its proportion. Newly wired with ground wire added to meet today’s electric codes.
