AEV HD Brush Guard for 2024+ GMC Sierra 2500 / 3500 HD

Engineered Protection for Sierra HD Trucks Equipped with the AEV Front Bumper Most brush guards are designed to look aggressive. Very few are engineered to manage a real collision. The AEV HD Brush Guard for the 2024+ GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD is purpose-built to protect critical front-end components during high-speed wildlife impacts — particularly in rural, mountain, and remote driving environments where deer and elk strikes are a real concern. It’s not cosmetic armor. It’s engineered impact management designed specifically for Sierra HD trucks running the AEV HD Front Bumper. Built for Real-World Impact Events Traditional aftermarket brush guards often mount to factory sheet metal or rigid brackets that can transfer impact energy into the grille, fenders, or frame. The AEV HD Brush Guard integrates directly into the reinforced structure of the AEV HD Front Bumper, attaching at both the front and side mounting points. This allows impact forces to be distributed through a structurally engineered system rather than concentrated into vulnerable body panels. Construction includes a carefully engineered blend of: Up to 3" primary tubing Precision mandrel bends for structural integrity Reinforced mounting architecture designed specifically for Sierra HD geometry The result is upper-front protection for the radiator, grille, and headlights — areas most likely to disable the vehicle after a wildlife strike. Designed Specifically for GMC Sierra HD Compatible with 2024+ GMC Sierra 2500 and 3500 HD Requires AEV HD Front Bumper Retains full functionality of GM’s forward-facing camera system Accommodates up to two AEV 7000 Series Lights (sold separately) Approximately 90lbs Minor drilling required for installation Features multi-stage E-coat/powder-coat finish for exceptional corrosion and UV resistance finish for long-term corrosion resistance in harsh climates. Why Sierra HD Owners Add It The Brush Guard extends protection upward from your AEV bumper to the areas most commonly damaged in animal strikes, including the cooling system and lighting. In remote or wildlife-dense regions, that added protection isn’t about appearance. It’s about maintaining mobility. Manufactured to OEM Standards Every weld, bracket, and mounting point is built to the same standards used by major automotive manufacturers — the same engineering discipline applied to factory-equipped AEV Edition trucks.
