Process & Profile Siempre Tequila Añejo begins with a unique blend of agaves, sourced 50/50 from both the highlands (Los Altos) and lowlands (Los Valles) of Jalisco, Mexico. The agaves are slow-roasted in traditional stone/brick ovens to coax out rich, natural sweetness. After cooking, the agave is crushed with a roller mill, then naturally fermented in open-air stainless steel tanks using pure volcanic spring water. The distilled spirit undergoes a double distillation in copper pot stills before spending 24 months maturing in used American oak bourbon barrels. This patient aging imparts a captivating amber color and extraordinary smoothness, classifying it as an “ultra-premium” añejo tequila. Siempre Añejo is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), preserving its full-bodied character.
