About Siembra Alteño Tequila Añejo is an authentic highland tequila produced at Destilería El Ranchito (NOM 1414) in Arandas, Jalisco—an area celebrated for its red volcanic soil and sweet, mineral-rich agave. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, the piñas are slowly roasted in traditional brick ovens, roller-milled, and naturally fermented with agave fibers for added depth. The tequila is double-distilled in copper pot stills and aged for over 18 months in American oak barrels, resulting in a beautifully balanced spirit that captures both the essence of agave and the warmth of carefully matured wood. Tequila Añejo  40% ABV (80 Proof) | 750 mL Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico 100% Blue Weber Agave Additive-Free Flavor Profile:  Aroma: Floral and fruity notes with hints of ripe stone fruits, raisins, orange, and baking spices. Taste: Smooth and silky, featuring flavors of stone fruits, apple, mint, and honey. Finish: Sweet, and slight menthol. With lingering agave and subtle barrel influences.
