Sidehill Farm - Damson Plum Jam, 9oz.

The orchard neighboring Sidehill Farms grows these quintessential preserving plums. Damson Plum Jam is lovely on toast, as a cookie filling, and makes a sensational pairing with blue cheese on your next cheese plate. Sidehill Farm takes pride in preserving the taste of homemade jam using the same methods their great grandmothers used to assure there is more fruit and more flavor in every bite. They combine the finest fruits with pure cane sugar, and boil them down the old-fashioned way, without added pectin, preservatives or artificial ingredients. The rest of the world is coming back around to the idea of “slow foods”, but at Sidehill Farm there has never been any other way to do it. Ingredients: Nothing but Plums, Pure Cane Sugar, and Lemon Juice. No Pectin, No Preservatives, Non-GMO, Non-Fat, and Gluten Free.
