This is a Chrome Plated Side Blow nozzle with a 3mm (0.120") orifice, used on a Mazak non-contact Mark II or NTX. Double Nozzles have two chambers for the assist gas to flow through that changes the way the gas flows from the nozzle. Chrome Plated nozzles are harder and last longer than the copper nozzles. Also known L855 or 46683301970/CP/DBL.
