Sidara Pro

The Sidara Pro GoTo Mount is designed to simplify the process of exploring the night sky by combining precision tracking with intelligent automation. Built for users who want to spend more time observing and less time searching, this system delivers a guided experience that removes much of the traditional complexity of astronomy. At the core of the mount is its GoTo functionality, powered by the SkyAssist system. Once the mount is set up and leveled, it uses built in technology to align itself and establish accurate positioning. From there, users can connect through the SkyAssist app and select objects directly from an extensive astronomical catalogue. With a single command, the mount moves the telescope into position and tracks the object as it moves across the sky. This level of automation transforms the observing experience. Instead of manually locating and following objects, users can move efficiently between targets and focus entirely on what they are seeing. This makes the system especially valuable for beginners, while also offering a more streamlined workflow for experienced observers. The alt azimuth design keeps operation intuitive while still providing accurate tracking performance. The mount is compatible with a wide range of optical tubes that use a Vixen style dovetail, allowing flexibility when building or upgrading a system. Power options include standard AA batteries or an external power source such as a power bank, making it adaptable for different observing environments. The Sidara Pro GoTo Mount is an ideal foundation for a modern astronomy setup, offering a combination of precision, ease of use, and smart functionality that enhances every observing session.
