A top pick from our 2016 Member Trials program! This Siberian-leaf type cuts a fabulous form with its hyper-frilly leaf shape. The shape means little chopping! Use to add loft to raw kale salad or mesclun salad. Also great sauteed, steamed, and braised. Bred by Jonathan Spero at Lupine Knoll Farm. OSSI.
