The Classic 27, like the 28, was originally introduced in the 1970's as a designer frame for the large lenses that were popular during that time period. The faceted lens design provided a fashionable alternative for large, thick lenses. To this day, the 27 & 28 are still very popular choices. Made in the USA. **** If adding RX to these frames- there will be an additional $76.95 billed - to upgrade to a trivex lens that can with stand drilling.
