DuraPlex DL4 lavalier has been extensively tested to ensure an IP57 dust-resistant, waterproof rating*. Whether shooting reality TV, mounting a professional theatrical tour, or wherever audio takes you, contending with the weather and other demands won’t slow you down with this waterproof lavalier microphone. As comfortable on the beach as it is in a broadcast studio, DuraPlex DL4 features a neutral, full sound quality that lives up to the highest audio standards. The advanced 1.6 mm Shure Plex cable, first introduced with the award-winning TwinPlex subminiature microphone, lasts longer than competing cables due to a dual redundant ground which doubles as a secondary shield. It won’t kink, is fully paintable, and also offers DL4 users virtually zero “memory effect.” When direction matters. UniPlex delivers superb directional capture of your voice for presentations, conferences, education, broadcast and more. A lavalier microphone with a cardioid polar pattern, UniPlex is the perfect solution for speaking situations when rejection of sound from stage noise, an audience, or close-proximity presenters is called for. In dialogue or monologue. Song or speech. A single word can affect the whole story. Through sweat, noise, and wear and tear, your little lavalier has an enormous job to do. Shure TwinPlex stands up to the toughest conditions to make every word a clear statement of quality. Natural audio at high or low frequency, the innovative dual-diaphragm captures the complete weight of your voice. And the capsule design maximizes effective surface area in an easy-to-conceal package. So sound suits performer, not the other way around. No more “sweat-outs.” The superhydrophobic coating keeps perspiration from upstaging the sound. And the medical-grade cable technology flexes to fit the costume design and the demanding schedule. So your lavalier rises to the challenge, night after night. The TwinPlex™ TL47 is available with connector options for most bodypack transmitters, color options that meet numerous situational needs, and mounting choices for all professional applications. The low sensitivity can handle the most critical acoustic environments without distortion, and the 1.6 mm paintable cable stands up to the most demanding use. With extensive solutions for any application, it’s the go-to line for flexibility.
