Shungite and Soapstone Cylinder Harmonizer

Shungite, a black mineral with powerful grounding energy, is widely used for Root chakra balancing. Both Shungite and the root chakra itself are associated with the earth element. Using healing rods during meditation of the Root chakra, or Muladhara, helps to gain confidence and stability. Balance this chakra to ground yourself, relieve stress, and dispel negative energies. The cylinders fit well in the hand and are ideal for sitting exercises. During the use of cylinders, two energetic poles, Yin on the left and Yang on the right, are balancing. When both rods are held parallel to each other, energy passes between the rods, resulting in a balancing and purifying action that works on the aura and the physical body. Shungite is not a crystal but a rock with extremely high healing properties. To boost energy and the immune system, balance the mind and emotions, release negative energy, detoxify and purify the body, use harmonizers for massages and healing sessions.
