The Harmonizers are used for correcting energetic imbalances, recharging and restoring vitality within the body, and pain management. The Shungite harmonizer is the yin harmonizer and should be held in the left hand, as it connects with the flow of lunar/female energy, sending a subtle current that acts as a catalyzer, reinforcing the energy of the soapstone harmonizer which is the yang harmonizer and should be held in the right hand, as it connects with the flow of solar/male energy. When used during meditation, the Harmonizers help keep your body grounded, and your vibration high.
