SHOZEN Mini Titanium Pocket & EDC Box Cutter

Introducing SHOZEN. ショウゼン 🇯🇵 Named after our first-born son and his great-grandfather (Japanese side of the family), this masterpiece is designed to elevate your everyday carry experience. Crafted with excellent attention to detail and precision, the SHOZEN embodies the perfect balance of form and function. As one of the most versatile and essential tools to have, SHOZEN can be used for everyday tasks like open packages, cut rope, cut zip-ties, strip wire, carve wood, start fires, tighten screws, remove staples, sharpen pencils, open key-rings, and opening stubborn soda cans. Additionally, it can serve as a valuable emergency tool for first aid, self-defense, or unexpected situations where improvisation is necessary. Excellent Edge Retention: VG10 steel is known for its ability to hold a sharp edge for extended periods, making it ideal for tasks that require prolonged cutting without frequent resharpening. Corrosion Resistance: This steel contains a significant amount of chromium, which enhances its resistance to corrosion and rust, ensuring the blade maintains its integrity even in humid or wet environments. High Wear Resistance: VG10 steel is formulated with a combination of elements such as carbon, vanadium, and molybdenum, which contribute to its exceptional wear resistance, reducing the likelihood of blade dulling over time. Ease of Sharpening: Despite its impressive hardness, VG10 steel is relatively easy to sharpen compared to other high-performance blade steels, maintaining a razor-sharp edge with minimal effort. Premium Quality: VG10 steel is often found in high-end pocket knives due to its premium characteristics, and for those who demand top-notch performance. Versatility: Whether used for everyday tasks, outdoor adventures, or tactical applications, VG10 steel offers a balanced combination of toughness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of cutting tasks. Axis Lock SHOZEN features an Axis Lock mechanism. When the blade is deployed, a spring-loaded axis bar engages a notch in the tang of the blade, locking it securely in place. To close the blade, you will simply need to pull the axis bar back, disengaging the lock and allowing the blade to fold back into the handle. One-Handed Operation: The mechanism is intuitive and can be easily operated with one hand, making it convenient for quick opening and closing. Safe: The axis lock provides a secure lock-up, minimizing the risk of accidental blade closure during use. Ambidextrous: The symmetrical design of the axis lock caters to both left and right-handed users, enhancing its versatility. Choose from right-handed only or Ambidextrous where there are pocket clip holes on both sides of the handle.
