Shower Empower Body Affirmation Cards

Shower yourself in love, then repeat it until you believe it This set of 12 waterproof affirmation cards (that stick on your shower wall just by getting them wet!) are designed to rinse away negative self-talk and boost body confidence. Each card features a thought-provoking reflection on one side and a kind, empowering affirmation on the other – because the way you speak to yourself matters (especially when you’re naked in front of a foggy mirror). An affirmation is a short, positive statement you repeat to help reinforce a belief and, over time, it can actually rewire how you think. That’s why we made these affirmation cards: to support not just your body, but your relationship with your body. Use the reflection side of the card to challenge old thought patterns, then reveal your affirmation and repeat it while you rinse. Switch them out monthly, weekly, or daily depending on your mood. You’ve got 12 to play with, so take what you need and let the negative self-talk go down the drain.
