Virtual Fitting   Our Shorts Alteration Services At Tad More Tailoring, we specialize in delivering high-quality shorts alterations tailored to your specific needs. Below are some of the services we offer for shorts: 1. Hem Shorts Need to shorten the length of your shorts? Hemming is one of our most popular services. To ensure the perfect length, simply mark your shorts with a safety pin at the desired hemline, and our expert tailors will do the rest. Check out our instructional video for tips on how to mark your shorts correctly for hemming.  2. Let Out Waistband If your shorts feel too tight, we can let out the waistband and seat to give you more room. This alteration requires extra fabric in the waistband area, commonly found in men’s shorts. To see if your shorts have enough extra fabric, examine the waistband from the inside. If extra fabric is available, we can make your shorts more comfortable with ease. 3. Take In Waistband For those needing a snugger fit, we offer the "Take In Waistband" service. This involves making the waistband and seat of your shorts smaller for a better fit. However, taking in too much fabric may cause the back pockets to move closer together. Our seamstresses use techniques like adding darts to maintain the original design while ensuring a perfect fit.   4. Taper Shorts Tapering shorts means narrowing the legs to create a slimmer, more fitted appearance. Our tailors can expertly taper your shorts from either the inseam or outseam, depending on the construction of the garment. Learn how to mark your shorts for tapering by watching our easy-to-follow video before sending them to us for alteration. 5. Replace Zipper A broken zipper can ruin the functionality of your shorts, but our team can fix that quickly. Simply mail your shorts to us, and we’ll replace the zipper, making them as good as new. We handle the repair process with precision, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Why Choose Tad More Tailoring for Your Shorts Alterations?
