Dr. Pete’s Gourmet Shortbread Mix

Discover — or rediscover — the joy of truly classic shortbread. Many of us remember the first time we tasted that crisp, buttery cookie that seemed to melt instantly on the tongue. Dr. Pete’s Gourmet Shortbread Mix captures that nostalgic magic with remarkable simplicity. Handcrafted in small batches in Ailey, Georgia, this mix delivers rich, melt-in-your-mouth shortbread with minimal effort. Simply add melted butter, press the dough into a pan, and bake. The result is perfectly golden, delicately crisp shortbread that tastes like it came from a specialty bakery. These sweet, buttery bites store beautifully for up to two weeks — assuming you don’t finish them all in one sitting. Made to order with a one-year shelf life, this mix is a pantry must-have for effortless entertaining, holiday baking, thoughtful gifting, or everyday indulgence. For the full Butter Bell experience, serve alongside tea, coffee, fresh fruit, honey, or your favorite softened butter kept perfectly spreadable in a Butter Bell® Crock.
