Shopify Post Purchase Survey

Most Shopify brands are sitting on hidden revenue — and they don't even know it. The fastest way to uncover it isn't more traffic. It's asking the right questions after someone buys. Post-purchase surveys are one of the most powerful tools in e-commerce. They tell you why customers bought, what actually influenced the decision, what almost stopped them, and what would make them buy again. Yet most brands either don't run a survey at all, use expensive rigid software that barely scratches the surface, use a cheap app and struggle to know what questions to ask, or never set up a system to actually analyse the data and feed it back to marketing. That's where Delfina comes in. What We Offer This is a white-glove, done-for-you post-purchase survey build for Shopify. We've partnered with a best-in-class survey platform and will fully design, build, and deploy your post-purchase survey — using your brand, your customer journey, and your marketing strategy as inputs. We don't hand you a template. We don't turn on a one-question survey. We build a custom survey that gives you answers you can actually use. The app costs $25/month in addition to our one-time setup fee. Why This Matters Some survey tools charge $3,000–$3,600 per year and still limit how many questions you can ask, how responses are structured, and how useful the data actually is. Cheaper tools exist, but they usually allow one generic question, give surface-level insights, create noise instead of clarity, and offer zero help with setup or strategy. The real value isn't the software. The value is researching your brand, analysing your customers, knowing what to ask, how to ask it, and when to ask it. That's the part most brands get wrong. Our Process We don't guess. Before building your survey, we study your brand and positioning, your customer journey, your marketing channels, and your customer service and communication flow. From there, we design a custom post-purchase survey that uncovers true purchase drivers, messaging that converts, channels that actually matter, objections that still exist, and opportunities to increase LTV, AOV, and retention. This is insight you can use to improve ads, refine offers, sharpen copy, reduce friction, and increase repeat purchases. For many brands, this data represents six or seven figures in upside over time. What's Included Custom post-purchase survey strategy designed around your brand. White-glove survey build inside Shopify checkout or post-purchase flow. Question logic designed around your customer journey. Clean, actionable response structure. Full testing before launch. You don't need to learn a tool. You don't need to decide what to ask. We handle everything. Who This Is For This is for Shopify brands that are serious about growth, want better inputs for decision-making, and understand that better data leads to better outcomes. If you're running paid media, retention, or creative testing, this is one of the highest-leverage setups you can install. If you're looking for a generic survey or a DIY tool, this isn't for you. The Bottom Line Most brands make decisions based on assumptions. This replaces assumptions with direct customer insight — collected at the most valuable moment in the funnel. If you want to understand why customers buy and use that information to grow revenue, this setup pays for itself quickly.
