Shishito Pepper Seeds (Organic)

Shishito Pepper is a popular Japanese variety known for its small, wrinkled peppers and mild, smoky flavor. Each pepper grows to about 3-4 inches long and ripens from green to red, though they’re typically harvested green for their best flavor. Thriving in full sun and nutrient-rich, well-draining soil, Shishito Peppers mature in about 60-70 days, producing an abundance of fruit throughout the season. The plants are compact yet highly productive, making them well-suited for garden beds, raised beds, or containers. These peppers are incredibly versatile in the kitchen and are most often enjoyed blistered in a hot skillet, grilled, or fried as a snack or appetizer. Their mild heat level means they’re suitable for most palates, though an occasional pepper may surprise with a bit of extra spice. Shishito Peppers are easy to grow and resistant to common pests and diseases, ensuring healthy plants and consistent yields. Whether you’re a fan of unique flavors or looking for an easy-to-grow crop, Shishito Pepper is a delicious and rewarding addition to your garden.
