Shishira's cardamom, coriander and nutmeg has a warming and circulation boosting effect on the body and acts as an aphrodisiac while hydrating the skin with avocado oil and the warmth of deeply nourishing sesame seed oil.  From Melody - "The message of carnelian is that since one is love, there is nothing to do but to offer the love - each offering of love bringing an exponential increase in the quantity of love returned."  "This oil is beyond. The blend of oils is the perfect combo and the scents manage to be grounding and alivening, calming and joyful all at once - such a rooted and high frequency. MAGIC." - Laurie Goldstein Padron of www.ittakesanopenheart.com To Use   For the Body: While skin is damp, apply liberally over the entire body whilst giving yourself a deep massage especially in areas you'd like to boost circulation, aka lymph areas and over the abdomen to promote digestion. I find this scent especially soothing before bed applied where you can inhale her - hands and wrists.    Key Ingredients Avocado Oil: A sweet friend to dry skins or those that love the be outdoors (and I hope that's all or most of you!). This deeply hued green oil is beaming with nutrients, especially vitamin E and oleic acid offering deep hydration and regeneration to the skin barrier. Avocado oil is also rich in  beta-carotene, vitamin D, protein, lecithin, and fatty acids making it anti-inflammatory and soothing to sun burned skin. Sesame Oil: She is Vata Balancing, meaning warming, relaxing and nourishing to those with the tendency to be jumpy, out of balance or dealing with disturbed sleep. Sesame oil will also help support comfort in the joints and is deeply nourishing to the skin -she restores and protects our skin's natural lipid barrier. Cardamom Essential Oil: calms, uplifits, grounds, relieves tension/stress and promotes mental clarity.  Promotes good digestion and radiant skin. Coriander and Nutmeg Essential Oils: similar to cardamom, coriander and nutmeg are stress relieving, and also promote healthy digestion, offer pain relief and reduces muscle cramps.    Gems essences:  Carnelian: This stone protective and enlivening. She stimulates the sacral chakra, igniting creativity, passion and joy, courage and confidence. She also enhances physical vitality and the digestive process while helping to heal skin, spine, spleen and pancreas. And she holds the vibration of the Shaman of the Stone kingdom according to Sarah Thomas and I can attest to feeling immense power from her. Melody says "The message of carnelian is that since one is love, there is nothing to do but to offer the love - each offering of love bringing an exponential increase in the quantity of love returned."  Rose Quartz: " Rose Quartz is a master heart healer and heart opener. There’s nothing more important. (She) brings fluidity to our emotional body, grounds us, calms us, releases anxiety, and soothes heartbreak and grief. Rose quartz is the most gentle and simultaneously powerful stone on Earth. (She's) one of Nature’s most elegant teachings in regards to the power and transformation that are generated from true gentleness and compassion. Lesser known is rose quartz’s ability to mark a new beginning or milestone such as 6 months of sobriety, 90 days of ritual completed, graduations, or rites of passage. (She) will hold that marker or milestone and seal that in as the new normal, adding a celebratory heart-centered joy as (she) grounds our new timeline into reality." - Sarah Thomas     Full  Ingredients certified organic  Cold pressed avocado and sesame oil, vitamin e, essential oils of cardamom, coriander, bergamot, nutmeg, vetiver, peru balsam, gem essences of rare raw Madagascar carnelian, raw rose quartz and clear quartz.
