About Shimmer A brand new year-round offering is shining its way into our lineup! We’re excited to be able to share another coffee that you can always count on, no matter the season. Shimmer will always feature a single washed Ethiopian coffee. (Yes, you read that right; we’re going to have an Ethiopian offering all year long!)  The current iteration is Jigesa, named for the small village in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia where the landowners farm their coffees. Shimmer has a balanced, medium body with soft, approachable notes of fruit. It’s an Ethiopian coffee that we think will ‘shine’ with all kinds of coffee drinkers!
