Shimano Poison Adrena Casting B Rods

Prepare to experience the next generation of bass rod performance with the Shimano Poison Adrena Casting B series. Born from the collaboration between Shimano and Jackall, this rod line blends state-of-the-art materials and design to deliver unmatched lightness, balance, and sensitivity. Every element is fine-tuned for technical bass anglers seeking responsiveness and control in every cast. Spiral X Core Blank Construction At the heart of the Poison Adrena is Shimano’s Spiral X Core technology — an advanced evolution of their traditional carbon tape structure. By integrating Toray Nanoalloy® resin, the blanks achieve up to 10% more torsional rigidity and 15% more compression strength, resulting in faster recovery and improved casting accuracy. The result is a rod that feels incredibly light yet offers exceptional power when setting the hook or steering big bass out of cover. CI4+ Reel Seat and Full Monocoque Handle The proprietary CI4+ reel seat pairs with Shimano’s innovative Full Carbon Monocoque handle to reduce weight and maximize sensitivity. This handle design directly transmits vibrations from lure movement and strikes through the blank to the angler’s hand, allowing you to detect the faintest bites and subtle changes in bottom structure. Premium Guide System for Distance and Control A hybrid guide train combines Shimano’s exclusive X-Guides with Fuji SiC components, ensuring optimal line flow and balance throughout the rod. This system minimizes friction and reduces weight, enhancing both casting distance and accuracy for finesse and power presentations alike. Tailored Actions for Tournament Anglers Each Poison Adrena Casting B model is purpose-built with application-specific actions, whether you’re pitching jigs, working topwaters, or twitching jerkbaits. The responsive tip and strong backbone make it equally suited for precision casting and powerful hooksets, giving competitive anglers an edge in any bass fishing scenario.
