This is our longest-lasting mushroom growing kit producing three to four crops over a four to five-month period. This is also our most durable mushroom growing kit if you have less than perfect indoor growing conditions. The Shiitake mushroom has a unique and fabulous flavor, perhaps the finest of any mushroom. It's a favorite amongst our customers and easily one of the healthiest mushrooms we offer. With care, your Shiitake mushroom Mini-Farm growing kit will produce up to one and a half pounds of mushrooms. Please note that mushroom grow kits given as gifts should be gifted and set up within about 7-10 days of purchase. *We guarantee your first crop. If you follow the instructions the Shiitake Mushroom Mini-Farm Grow Kit may produce 3-4 harvests but each grow kit is handcrafted and can have different results.
