These aluminum, polished and chromed parts are for converting your FLH dual shift lever arrangement into a single shift set-up by eliminating the rear shift (heal) lever. Simply slide off the shifter arms, slide the collar section on, mount the front lever, then install the cover section with a set screw - simple! .
