The "Shift Pack" utilizes two essential pieces of equipment , the RMT ®Club (4lb) and ProPulse® Speed Trainers, both utilizing one common component "Dynamic shifting weight." Dynamic shifting weight provides a stimulus which creates greater resistance and reaction times (speed) during movement patterns. Both products selected for the "Shift Pack" work together to level up speed and plyometric drills, rotational power, strength and mobility.
