Shield KJ

Shield was built to open your field of vision and expand your mind in the mountains—and the Kilian Jornet Series edition wraps that bold intent in a colorway drawn from the Norwegian landscape that has shaped Kilian's approach to the alpine world. The matte brown frame is complemented by sandstone and glacier blue accents that feel as elemental as the terrain itself. This edition is fitted with a REACTIV 0-4 HIGH CONTRAST lens—the widest light-adaptation range available, taking you from near-dark approach conditions through full alpine sun without ever reaching for a different pair. The HIGH CONTRAST enhancement sharpens terrain definition and depth perception, so you can read the mountain with precision whether you're climbing, running, or riding. The Shield's sleek, wraparound frame provides a panoramic field of view, while removable synthetic side shields block unwanted light and wind on exposed ridges and high-speed descents. Air Flow ventilation keeps fog at bay under sustained effort, and Grip-Tech temples paired with a non-slip Grip Nose ensure total security no matter how rough the terrain gets. Every pair in the Kilian Jornet Series comes with a signature Kilian Jornet pouch with an attached microfiber cloth for cleaning and storage.
