SQM SHELL STEAK- One of FarmHer Kate's favorite steaks! This is a Strip steak with the bone. Bones add extra flavor and a little insurance when you're grilling that you do not over cook the steak, plus they're fun to gnaw on! Steaks are hand cut 1-1.5" thick and dry aged. Steaks are cryovac packed, 1 steak per package. Weights and Sizes are as follows: • Small up to 1 lbs | $28 • Medium 1-1.25 lbs | $35 • Large 1.25-1.5 lbs | $42 **Special requests can be made with the farm direct for extra thick steaks.
