Footmates Shelby Mary Jane

Microfiber infant and toddler Mary Jane featuring hook-and-loop ankle strap with decorative perf throat design and breathable mesh linings. Footmates® “Sustainability Project” item. Machine Washable - Messy Happens. Parents can simply toss these shoes into a cold wash cycle and air dry to keep them clean and smelling fresh. Barefoot Wide Toe Box - Designed to match the natural barefoot shape of a child's foot. The extra-wide toe box prevents cramped toes and allows them to splay naturally like when walking barefoot. Zero Drop - Zero Drop is a completely flat foot position from heel to toe which mimics the natural mechanics of walking barefoot. Zero Drop helps to support proper posture and body alignment while reducing strain on developing joints. Lightweight - We stripped away the heavy, clunky bulk of traditional footwear to create an incredibly light shoe that moves effortlessly, stopping heel-dragging and preventing the leg fatigue that causes afternoon meltdowns. Multiple Widths & Dual Insoles - Children's feet grow rapidly and vary widely in volume. Our layered dual-insole system allows you to easily customize the shoe's internal volume. Keep both insoles in for a standard medium fit, or remove the upper layer to instantly accommodate wider feet or thick winter socks. Flexible - Our flexible uppers and outsoles bend exactly where your child's bend, allowing their muscles to work actively, build strong arches, and naturally grip the ground for better balance and stability wherever they play. Breathable - Children's feet can sweat twice as much as adults, which is why our microfiber uppers and mesh textile linings allow for airflow to help evaporate moisture, minimizing the damp friction that can cause painful blisters and stinky odors. Vegan - Crafted from premium, animal-free materials, these shoes are completely free of harsh chemical tanning agents found in some leather products. Arch Support - Shoe last and insole designed to provide proper arch support for developing feet. Firm Heel Counter - Provides stable lateral support for new and confident walkers alike, aiding balance, support, and posture. Flexible, Modern, Slip-Resistant Rubber Outsole - Provides maximum flexibility, shock absorption, stability and slip-resistance for safety and comfort. Premium microfiber uppers. Textile lining and cushioned foot-beds for all-day comfort. Single strap Hook & Loop closure for adjustability and secure fitting. Padded collar for comfort. Non-marking outsole. Imported.
