Shazam Lantana

Cheerful Trailing Flowers with Fluorescent Blooms Looking for a brightly colored plant to spruce up your space? Then Shazam Lantana has you covered! Featuring rounded, petite blooms in multi-colors like bright yellow, red, purple, and even gold, this plant is beautiful and versatile. This plant is hardy to most soil types, requires minimal fertilizer, and can withstand salt spray, too. It can be planted in container pots, hanging baskets, or outdoors. Requiring minimal care, it does best in full sun (at least 6 hrs per day). Note that Lantana has berries and plant leaves that can be toxic for pets and small children to ingest, so keep your plant high up in a container or otherwise away from little hands. When planted in the ground, Shazam Lantana easily complements other brightly colored displays in your spring and summer garden. It does best in warmer climates, and can grow vigorously in tropical, humid climates, but can also be used as an annual in cooler climates. Its leaves have a sandpapery texture and can omit a citrus smell. This fragrance easily attracts pollinators like hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies, so your Shazam Lantana makes for the most perfect hanging plant to host on your patio or deck area. Get ready for butterfly spotting, bright color and sweet scent! Enjoy one of your own Shazam Lantana today. Planting & Care Planting: Plant your Shazam Lantana in an area of full sun - whether in a container pot, hanging basket, or in the ground. Use any type of soil, as your plant is hardy to most types. Watering: Water generously upon first planting, then only as necessary. Avoid sitting water in your container pot or planting in an area where water pools and can sit. Pruning: Pruning is optional but can be done as necessary to remove deadheads. Extra fertilization is not required. Pollinators such as birds, bees, and butterflies are attracted to this plant, so give them ample access to do their thing!
