Shafer Hillside Select

Hillside Select is a true expression of its origin, crafted each vintage from select blocks within the hillside vineyards surrounding the winery. The grapes are small, intensely colored, and rich in concentration, with their character elevated through careful winemaking and extended aging in French oak. This wine consistently showcases the lush fruit, depth of flavor, and velvety texture that define the Stags Leap District.
