Shadow Workbook

This 12 week Shadow Work Workbook was designed to walk you through the process of facing what is referred to as our "shadow."  (Click here for subscription listing) What is the Shadow? A term coined by psychologist Carl Jung, the Shadow can be described as the unconscious parts of us that we do not accept, show to the outside world, or feel comfortable acknowledging. Our Shadow can encompass our fears about how others may view us as well as the things we know about ourselves to be true, but prefer to “hide.”  What is Shadow Work? In a sentence, Shadow Work is a form of inner reflection that brings personal awareness to these parts of us that we may not be fully conscious of, or may not be comfortable facing. It's quite literally, facing your Shadow. This 120 page workbook takes you through daily writing prompts that explore the three areas of our Shadow- Emotions, Values & Beliefs, Behaviors & Patterns. With daily introspection, you are guided through with gentle compassion and support.  Written by Tamed Wild Creatrix & certified Jungian Life Coach, Shelby Bundy, this workbook will meet you where you are at and become a powerful tool for your self exploration journey.
