Shadow Lane House Plan

The Shadow Lane is a cozy retreat that pays homage to the vintage spirit of Key West. It has living areas that are light and airy and covered porches that offer long vistas of sun washed beaches. Built-ins and a media niche frame the fireplace in the great room. This creates a cozy complement to views of prize sunsets and luxuriant moonlight. Four sets of French doors open up to the rear covered porch. This is a great setting for outdoor cookouts and fireside chats. The gourmet kitchen of the Shadow Lane serves both casual and planned events. The kitchen also shares an eating bar with the great room. It also has a center island that looks out to the formal dining room. The open concept of the Shadow Lane leads from the kitchen through to the dining room and on to the great room. A secondary bedroom on this level has access to a full bath. It has a cozy window seat that is perfect for curling up with a good book and a hot cup of tea. Between the kitchen and second bedroom is the utility room. It is large enough for a washer and dryer as well as a wash tub and folding table. The second level of the Shadow Lane plan is dedicated to the master suite. There is a private observation deck that beckons as the idyllic spot for morning coffee. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower. The vanity has double sinks, providing separate sinks for each owner. A vestibule leads to a viewing loft and to the third guest suite with full bath. A built-in window seat promotes the serenity of solitude. This cute Shadow Lane cottage house plan has 1684 sq. ft. of living area, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The foundation is a crawlspace.
