Atosa SH15SD Stainless Steel Hand Sink

Professional-Grade 15" Hand Sink for Commercial Kitchens The SH15SD represents a premium solution for restaurants, catering facilities, and food service establishments requiring reliable handwashing stations. Built with commercial-grade materials and thoughtful design features, this 15-inch hand sink delivers the durability and functionality that busy kitchen environments demand. Superior Construction and Materials This hand sink is fabricated from 20-gauge 304 stainless steel, a material specifically chosen for its corrosion resistance and longevity in demanding food service settings. The 304 stainless steel composition ensures the sink withstands constant use, frequent sanitization, and exposure to various cleaning chemicals without degradation. The wall-mounted clip system utilizes heavier 18-gauge 304 stainless steel, providing exceptional structural support and stability. Side splashes on this SD model are also constructed from 18-gauge stainless steel, offering enhanced protection against water splash and debris while maintaining the sink's aesthetic appeal. Functional Design Features The 6-inch backsplash with a 2-inch return creates an effective barrier against water splashing onto walls and surrounding surfaces, a critical consideration in high-volume handwashing stations. The included goose neck faucet with wrist blade handles provides ergonomic operation, allowing staff to activate water flow without using their hands—a key hygiene feature in food preparation areas. The wrist blade design accommodates users wearing gloves and reduces cross-contamination risks. Drainage and Plumbing Specifications The sink features a 1-1/2-inch drain opening with a 1-1/2-inch waste drain opening, ensuring efficient water removal during peak usage periods. The included strainer prevents debris from entering the drainage system, reducing maintenance issues and extending the sink's operational lifespan. Faucet holes are positioned on 4-inch centers with 1-1/8-inch dimensions, accommodating standard commercial faucet installations and allowing for future upgrades if needed. Installation and Mounting The Z-clip mounting bracket system simplifies installation while providing secure, reliable attachment to wall surfaces. This mounting approach distributes weight evenly and allows for straightforward removal if repositioning becomes necessary. The bracket design accommodates various wall thicknesses and materials commonly found in commercial kitchen environments. Maintenance and Sanitation Stainless steel construction makes this hand sink exceptionally easy to clean and sanitize—essential requirements for food service facilities subject to health department regulations. The smooth, non-porous surface resists bacterial growth and allows for quick daily cleaning and periodic deep sanitization. Unlike other materials that may stain or harbor pathogens, 304 stainless steel maintains its hygienic properties throughout years of use. Why Choose the SH15SD Investing in a commercial-grade hand sink demonstrates commitment to food safety and employee hygiene standards.
