Where possible, carve a V-shaped groove into the damaged area to facilitate better material adhesion. Moisten the surface before applying (when working above water). Combine roughly one part water with three parts Dynamite Pool Patch, stirring steadily until you achieve a thick, dough-like texture. Note: using warm water will speed up the curing process. Only prepare as much material as you can apply within 3 to 5 minutes. Application With a steel trowel or pointed instrument, press the mixture firmly into the crack or hole. For leak repairs or underwater applications, maintain steady pressure for a minimum of 5 minutes or until the patch has solidly set. Keep the repaired area damp for 15 minutes following application to help prevent surface cracking.
