Powdered Waste Digestant  Enzyme Digest Plus utilizes the powerful waste digesting abilities of natural enzymes and bacteria. It is a blend of special bacteria strains, cultured for their ability to digest and liquefy organic sewage, quickly, efficiently and without odors. Treated systems will reduce BOD and COD faster and more efficiently, enabling the system to treat higher volumes of waste and meet stringent effluent quality requirements. It will help the treatment system to resist temporary disruptions caused by toxic influent, while reducing odors and sludge volume. Directions Activate bacteria and enzymes in warm water before using. Trickling Filter: Initial treatment 6–12 lb per MGD; maintenance 3–6 lb per MGD weekly. Oxidation Tanks: 3–6 lb per MGD of liquid sewage. Aerobic & Anaerobic Digesters: 2 lb per 1000 cubic feet of sludge weekly. Laterals: 1 lb per 500 cubic feet for 8-inch pipe.
