Seven Mountains Mambo

ENSEMBLE | Medium | Item JC3017 Description Inspired by the great mambos of Spanish Harlem, "Seven Mountains Mambo" is a catchy tune with a danceable groove. The 3-chord solo section is accessible for developing improvisors and experienced players alike. This arrangement is based on the jazz ensemble piece "Mambo Over the Mountain", recorded by Rick Hirsch's Big Ol' Band (as excerpted in the recording above). As part of the combo-flex series, this chart works with many combinations of horn players, and with as few as 1 horn + rhythm section. 4+ mins View Score Additional Info Composed by: Rick Hirsch Arranged by: Rick Hirsch Ensemble: Jazz Combo Format: Conductor Score & Parts Parts included: Horn 1:  trumpet / soprano sax / clarinet Horn 1:  alto sax Horn 1:  flute Horn 2:  alto sax Horn 2:  tenor sax Horn 3:  trombone Horn 3:  bari sax Horn 3:  tenor sax Guitar Piano (notated) Bass Drums
