Setting Up Dev Environment in Go

In this lab, you will implement a basic GO language program using Visual Studio Code, demonstrating how to add two integers and display the result. You'll evaluate the program's output by running it in the terminal and understanding each component of the code, including package declaration, importing libraries, function definition, and printing results.
