Refundable Cleaning Fee Policy

1. Purpose and Overview "Use Soap and Water ONLY. Chemical cleaners and solvents are strictly prohibited." A refundable cleaning deposit base on type and  number of items.  Refundable Cleaning Fee is required for all equipment rentals, including tables, chairs, food equipment, and decorations. This Deposit secures your booking and ensures that all items are returned to the rental company in clean, sanitary, and reusable condition. 2. Renter’s Cleaning Responsibilities by Item Type To receive a full refund, the Renter must ensure all rented items meet the following clean-up requirements prior to return or scheduled pickup: Tables & Chairs: All surfaces must be wiped down with a damp cloth to remove food debris, sticky residue, dust, and mud. Food & Catering Equipment: All chafing dishes, drink dispensers, trays, and cooking apparatus must be thoroughly washed, rinsed, and dried. They must be completely free of grease, food residue, and liquids. Decorations: Fabric backdrops, arches, and centerpieces must be free of wax, tape residue, glitter, mud, and stains. Packing & Stacking: All items must be repacked into their original delivery crates, racks, or bags exactly as received.  3. Prohibited Actions & Automatic Deductions Failure to meet cleaning standards will result in partial or full loss of the Deposit. Deductions will be assessed based on the following schedule: Unwashed Food Equipment: base on type and  number of items per unwashed item. Sticky/Dirty Tables & Chairs: base on type and  number of items per dirty item. Tape, Glue, or Adhesive Residue: base on type and  number of items per item for labor and removal. Permanent Stains or Odors: Full loss of Deposit (or replacement value if cost exceeds the deposit) for items ruined by burns, mold, smoke, or permanent ink. 4. Inspection and Refund Timeline All equipment will undergo a detailed inspection at our warehouse within [Insert Number, e.g., 48 hours] of return. If all items pass inspection, the Deposit will be fully refunded to your original payment method within  5–7 business days. If cleaning deductions are required, you will receive an itemized invoice detailing the charges.
