Serrano Ginger Lemongrass

Serrano Ginger Lemongrass Hot Sauce Fragrant and well-rounded, this assertive hot sauce uses citrus to balance the heat of serrano peppers and bridge the aromatic qualities of ginger and lemongrass. Start slow and be forewarned—the serrano chili heat has a delayed fuse because of the power of the other ingredients. We love to serve this sharp, vegetal hot sauce with fish and poultry, try Aromatic Coconut Milk Poached Halibut or Green Chili Chicken Bowl, but the sky’s the limit! We always love to hear how you eat our hot sauces—snap a photo, share it on Instagram and tag us (@spicymarshall @marshallshautesauce) so we can see your deliciously spiced-up food!
