These kinetic earrings have a sliding gold tube that represents the the many tunnels that go through the Serra do Mar in São Paulo coast of Brazil. As a child I always looked forward to the tunnels so I could hold my breath and make a wish, but most importantly where it led: the beach! A short C shape oxidized sterling silver earring hangs from a ear wire. Perfect for people that have a hard time with earring backs, or just want to be more comfortable when they nap. The 14k gold sleeve slides and spins on the C shaped earring reinforcing the concept of movement gained from the tunnels of my childhood. The black silver has a matte finish and the gold sleeve is high polished.
