Serra Bookend Set

The Serra bookends evoke the gentle curve of well-worn book pages nestled on a timeworn shelf. Drawing inspiration from Richard Serra's imposing steel sculptures, these pieces command attention through their subtle grace. Crafted from a single piece of stoneware, they fold upon themselves with an air of effortless poise. Their allure lies in their simplicity—captivating whether cradling books or standing alone. Virginia Sin, the artist behind these creations, works from her studio in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. As a woman of AAAPI heritage, Sin infuses each handmade piece with a sense of purpose and grace. Sin is guided by a vision of creating "Things you can nest with. Things made slow. With two bare hands. Things worth sharing. Or hoarding. Things that help you find home, wherever you are." This ethos permeates every aspect of her work, from conception to execution. See our collection of her work here.  6"w x 6.5"d x 6"h (each) Sold as a set of 2
