A 30mm internal rim width (for carbon model) is ready for wide tires, while its low weight makes for a dependable, nimble and snappy ride. We improve the stiffness, strength and longevity of a wheel by using an asymmetric (ASYM) rim design that improves spoke tension balance by up to 30%. Looking for something that’s extra burly? Our Serpintine X carbon rim drops in as our official 29” enduro/all-mountain rim thanks to an extra bomb-proof carbon lay-up. Choose hubs from DT Swiss, Project 321, White Industries, and many more. Match your bike with custom color anodized hubs (on select models) and rim decals. Complete the build with spoke options from Sapim for a custom wheel perfectly built for your needs.  All Astral Cycling wheels are hand-built in Eugene, Oregon and feature Tubeless Easy rims you can easily set them up at home.  Build Specifications Carbon or alloy wheelset XC 29” Disc specific Rim Depth  Carbon: 25mm  Alloy: 20mm Rim Width Carbon: [ex] 35mm, [in] 30mm  Alloy: [ex] 36mm, [in] 32mm Spoke count: 28 Tubeless ready *We do our best to ship orders ASAP.
