Engineered for OEM flexibility, this controller features advanced functionality suitable for various commercial and industrial applications. The unit is equipped with a clear 2×20 LCD display that delivers essential real-time operational feedback, including system status, water quality (TDS/conductivity), operating hours, and water temperature. Control is managed through five relay outputs, allowing direct operation of critical components such as the high-pressure pump (up to 1 HP single phase), inlet valve, and automatic flush valve. Key control functions include monitoring for low and high-pressure switches, tracking storage tank levels (1-2 switches), and providing a pre-treatment lockout input. The Series 150 controller features temperature-compensated TDS/conductivity monitoring, ensuring accurate water quality readings for optimal system performance and water purity. Housed in a durable NEMA 4X enclosure, this controller offers robust protection for demanding environments.     Specifications Table   FEATURE SPECIFICATION / FUNCTION Type Microprocessor Controller Enclosure 8" x 6" x 4" NEMA 4X (Outdoor Use) Power Input 102/240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 25W Display 2 x 20 LCD (Status, TDS, Temp, Hours) Relay Outputs 5 (Pump, Inlet Valve, Flush Valve, Permeate Divert, Alarm) Pump Motor Output 1 HP Single Phase (Max, Direct Drive) Inputs 4 Dry Contact (L/H Pressure, Tank Level, Pre-Treat Lockout) Monitoring Permeate TDS/Conductivity (Temperature Compensated) Optional Inputs Feed TDS/Conductivity Monitoring Key Features Automatic Flush, Pump Control, Tank Level Control   TO VIE DATA SHEETS LARGER RIGHT CLICK SHEET AND SELECT OPEN IMAGE IN NEW TAB The series 150 Microprocessor controller has the features and options to allow OEM flexibility to meet many different specifications. the controller has five relay outputs, four dry contact inputs, and two TDS/conductivity inputs. A 2x20 LCD display provides the operating status of the RO unit along with the water quality, operating hours, and water temperature. Features: Relay outputs on the Series 150 controller operate the high pressure pump, inlet valve, flush valve, permeate divert valve, and remote alarm. The relay for the high pressure pump can operate a 1HP single phase pump motor directly without an external motor controller. Controllers for higher power pump motors are available upon request. Dry contact input control the start and stop of the RO unit by monitoring the inlet pressure, tank level and pretreatment equipment. permeate monitor and sensor are temperature compensated.
